Long time no see, but glad you guys didnt leave!

Im not 100% on the mobo, so tell me your's. Budget is $1800usd. I have a nice big, Zalman case it will fit in nicely.

$200 on 16GB of RAM? that's just not necessary. 8GB is more than enough.

I assume you will want a 1TB HDD or two for storage? or do you already have some drives you are going to use?

16GB is overkill but it's your money. (I can't really talk since I have 12GB lol)
