Certainly makes my parks seem rubbish. I looked at a few similar ones on youtube at the time as well. Most were set in the same park as the one I was building in at the time.

All of my consoles that can use component and HDMI are plugged into my monitor. PS2 stuff is so dirt cheap that there isn't really an excuse to pirate any of it. Ever.

Try amazon. SotC is $6. God Hand's a bit more expensive, but I've seen it at gamestop for $9.
Sonic 4 Ep 1, also on the Dolphin emulator (it also runs Wii and WiiWare games). As far as I know it's the only way to play it on the PC.
Mostly, it's bad. Some of the zones feel like they might be enjoyable with decent platforming Sonic physics, but Sonic 4's aren't even close to decent. It feels like a cheap imitation flash game most of the time. Other levels are just bad. The music is bad.
However it's a step in the right direction, despite how small the step is. Hopefully Sonic Generations will take a second step in the right direction, and hopefully things will improve by the time Episode 2 comes out. That is a lot of 'hopefully's and this is SEGA & Sonic Team we're talking about so those hopefully's are pretty small hopefully's.
