If you eat any meat, there is a chance that the animal was killed in a non-humane way. In anycase death is death so there isn't anyway around the fact that something died so you can have a meal.
i dont eat seafood and buy from local places or whole foods who are humane.
death is death eh? you should be killed tbh. you are not fit for this world.
In Macbeth's defense, because you pay attention to things like that doesn't mean other people who are offended by cat-consumption do.
I have a feeling he's playing devil's advocate here, but some of the logic seems far-fetched.

I'm not playing devils advocate. I don't believe that animals have any rights. If I own a cat, it is my property. My property has no rights and certainly does not have any say in matters concerning it's life and death. Sorry rights of property.
A person being charged with "mistreating" their own property despite the act not having any effect on any other human life is insanity. If it doesn't affect other human beings it should be allowed.
Now even if you think animals have some sort of rights and that they should only be killed for food, then this man isn't guilty of animal cruelty. He was preparing to eat the cat. We do worse to other animals when we are preparing them to be eaten, the only reason people get fussy when it happens to a cat or dog is because cats and dogs are cute animals. It's a stupid pointless boundary.
Also a countdown to when you are closing a thread? Seriously go do something else with your time. Go watch paint dry or something.
