I started up gym because of a girl basically. She was the catalyst, i'd been wanting to do this for ages.
Before. 65kgs
After 1.5 months work with a piss poor attempt at dieting. 69 kgs.
I'm going to keep it up and see how I can go, i'm working on the diet, and other things.

Doesn't seem that big a difference. It's like the commercials for weight loss where the only difference between the before and after is a smile and a sucked in gut. This is only the opposite.
But in reality I'm just fucking with you. Truth is, the biggest thing you'll get out of adhering to a diet or weight training / exercise regiment is confidence/

recommendation: work on your latissimus dorsi (lats).
work your legs. Leg press squats ect you will gain weight

You aren't eating enough. Aim for 4000-5000 calories a day, and maybe Starting Strength.
