I started up gym because of a girl basically. She was the catalyst, i'd been wanting to do this for ages.

Before. 65kgs

Doesn't seem that big a difference. It's like the commercials for weight loss where the only difference between the before and after is a smile and a sucked in gut. This is only the opposite.


But in reality I'm just fucking with you. Truth is, the biggest thing you'll get out of adhering to a diet or weight training / exercise regiment is confidence/

i was 6'5 and 170 lbs. in high school.  after college i was up to 250 (beer, beer, and more beer)  now i'm at a leaner 220.  still got a little beer belly left.

You aren't eating enough. Aim for 4000-5000 calories a day, and maybe Starting Strength.
