But max, it's epic. My GTX275 is running under 40°C idle, never goes above 50°C on full load.

Basically you want all your occupied lanes to run more than 8x otherwise you get performance drop.

For example, many boards have 16x when there's only one card installed, but if you install another it'll go to 8x for each. Some really bad boards keep one at 16x and drop the other to 4x.

dude, every p45 mobo does pci-e 2.0 x16 for a minimum of 1 slot. this board is CF certified so it does 8x 8x as well.Finray wrote:
