moar bugs. I also made a tube/flap out of photo paper to extend and diffuse my pop up flash so I can actually use 3x now. Before the light got blocked. Ill post a pic of the set up later... Only problem is its too big and it scares the bugs and kind of gets in the way

Dont have money till summer. Bleh.

For the first two I used a reversed Olympus OM 50mm 1.8 with ~58mm of extension tubes, for the third I just used the reversed 50mm with no extension tubes. For 3x I use a Olympus OM 75-150 and hold the 50mm backwards to it.

Hahah, bumble bees are awesome. Place a plate near bumble bee(s) and fill it with red wine. Wait them to get near it and see 'em drink it, after a while they should be so drunk that their flying becomes absurd. I haven't done that in long time, but I remember about five... or six years ago at my friends house we had red wine bottle on the table (open) and noticed how there was shitload of bumble bees around us. We were joking about how we should probably give that red wine bottle to those bumble bees or they're never gonna leave us alone. So my friend fetched few plates from the house and placed them on the table, filled them with the wine and then we just waited. After a short while those bumble bees started landing on rims of the plates and started drinking that (shitty tasting) red wine. We got some good laughs when they tried to fly away. Eh... good times.

i'm so annoyed. was at practice today (we weren't on ice at all) and as we were doing our lovely push ups and sit ups, we had a landscape, the sun came out so that couple of the buildings were looking awesome, and on top of that there was a rainbow right over those very same buildings. what annoys me the most is that i actually had my camera with me, but couldn't take the pic cos i'm sure the coach would of had a go at me for not doing anything.

Second one doesn't look at all what it was supposed to look like. The sun did look like that but the road didn't, then again this is way better looking picture than the other one I took which looked almost like it was supposed to look like. ;)
