Am I fucked for college?

Well, I'm about to end my sophomore year with a 2.9 GPA for the past 4 semesters. The main college I want to get into is University of Illinois. Am I fucked? 80% of the students there have GPAs higher then a 3.75. I would need a 4.5 GPA per semester for the next 4 semesters to get my GPA that high. I doubt that'll happen because my counselor won't even let me take weighted classes unless my teacher signs a sheet saying I can.

Also, 90% of the college graduated in the top 25% of their high school class. I doubt that's going to happen as I go to some crazy ass 50% asian school.

honestly, it doesnt bother me that much. i dont need to study, i just skipped some homework assignments/essays/projects

besides, im pretty sure im ahead of 90% of the other kids who will be doing a computer science major at the same time i am

i doubt you'll get into Illinois with those grades

unless you have an SAT/ACT score that blows the admissions officer(s) away like I did, you're probably not gonna get into your first choice of college

just go to a community college for your first year, do amazing, then transfer to where ever you want

If you're getting a 2.9 in high school because you're lazy then you need to be thinking a lot harder about college than just where you're getting in.

sorry, im not sure what you mean. i should be worried about getting into a college in general, or worried about my performance in college?
