Hi guys

Since I'm 'training' for my driving license, I'm spending way more time on the road. I figured it would be a great time to listen to some music, so that's why I've come here. Hit me up with all your driving music, pretty please?

What sort of music do you like at the moment? It'll be no use me recommending rock music when you like hardcore rap or something

I like rock music, quite a lot actually, but I'll still be writing tomorrow if I tell you my favorite bands. That said, I also like some nice raps/hiphop (Like Nas/Eminem/.., but not the gangbangin' hiphop stuff (like 50ct etc). Indie music, dubstep, DnB, I also like them

By the way, although I'm not a huge hip hop fan, Still Dre by Dr. Dre sounds like an awesome driving song to me.

@justice, nice! Thanks

Depending on how far you are along you might want to cut the music for a while...

This

And if the radio stations can't give me anything I like, I got 3 packs full of music but since you like Rock-music, my music does not apply.

Nothing can beat it for some cruising

But tbh I listen to radio... even though I hate most "new" music....

Listening to your few favorites everytime you drive makes you tired of them :p

Radio stations in Belgium suck. Only shit commercial pop music

@FM: I'm not looking for songs that will make me put the pedal to the floor, just songs to relax and chill a bit

Whenever I play ArmA 2 I'm always in Warfare with my HMMWV m2 and my 3 other men. We're pimping yo, and I turn the base up and drive all crazy while listening to:

David Craig - Insomniac

Es Geht Ab - by whoever....

and random awesome remixes

I'll let you search for them, I'm just gonna type up a quick list.

Moby - God Moving Over the Face of the Waters
Underworld - Dark & Long (Dark Train)
John Digweed - Gridlock [try to find the 25-minute extended version]
Kraftwerk - Autobahn
The Orb - A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain That Rules From The Centre Of The Ultraworld
Underworld - Juanita/Kiteless/To Dream of Love
Lostep - Burma [try to find Sasha's Involver remix]

Basically, long, trance-inducing songs

yeah, if you're new to the road drive without music for a while. at least until you have caught the hang of driving.

Top Gear used to make "driving anthems" CDs. I don't know if they still do, you should look around. I have a couple of them, are awesome.
Feeder - Buck Rogers ftw.
I like pie.
