there's nothing unique about dub or dubstep with techno influences... but at least it's consistent and has a 'sound', as opposed to being some competition to become as 'eggy' or 'nassssty' as possible- as most of clubstep and awful american-produced dubstep is at the moment. that's an immature phase and isnt conducive or expressive of anything, other than clueless bedroom-producers and awful dj's trying to impress pilled-up philistines at shitty raves. also, martyn isn't 'underground'. he's done a Fabric compilation, for fuck's sake. get a clue.

go back to your cave androo, you are a fucking faggot

w/e dude. you need to get a clue, you always like the music you listen to is better and that any music someone else listens to is awful american-produced, etc.

im talking about a 'sound' and 'brand' of dubstep that is laughed at and denounced by the entire producing/mixing community... got nothing to do with 'someone elses' tastes or nationality. it's a shit style, period. i dont post shit here to be 'underground'; ive posted links and recommendations to loads of well-known artists - sometimes even token artists for their genre - just to expose them to people that normally wouldn't delve into that sound.

I've heard Sunshine of Your Love and Fire on Winterland Night.  Sick live album, check it out if you haven't heard it.

i've got to tell you, i have heard these tracks before (most of 'em) and these are new songs . . . Red house, takes me back to my misspent youth, but with a flair i'd not heard before. i am glad this album is on store shelves, hopefully it introduces more people to the brilliance that was Jimi.
