The only thing good about that is the 5970.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but

i7 975? Pointless. Shoulda got the 920.
12 GB of RAM? You'll never use over 6, at the very very most.
Alienware? Just.. lol.
Payed for Windows? lulz.

Actually the monitor might be good, but I dunno.

I want a i7 975
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Don't listen to them. I can certainly understand why you bought that PC. For $2k it's even relatively cheap.
*thumbs up*

Indeed.

I would buy 3 for that price and make profit while keeping the CPU and graphics card.

If I could get that PC delivered to my door for ~2k$ I'd buy 10, strip it down and sell off the parts individually. A 975 is $1100, a 5970 is $850 here. And then there's the RAM and the monitor. Both would bring in a fair bit too. I figure I could easily make $500 by selling off the parts.

I hate you america

Yeah, relatively cheap versus what you guys would be paying for it.  But overall, not too bad really even in US standards.

Maybe you should find someone in the US who is willing to have them shipped to their door and then ship them to you
