If you suddenly came into a large amount of money, so large that you would be able to live your life luxuriously and do whatever you wanted, and money was not an issue whatsoever, would you still go to school / get a job / keep working? Would you want to experience and learn from what nearly everyone else is doing in life? Or would you drop everything to do whatever you wanted and have a lot of fun and experiences that very few people get to have in their lifetimes?

I suppose this is mainly directed at the younger folk, especially those who haven't reached university/college yet, since the results might be more interesting than someone who had been to school and has had a steady career for the past 10, 20, 30 years. So instead of having a poll with a bunch of different variations of "young" / "old" , yes / no, just clarify in a reply, please

Personally, I'd ditch my job and start learning things I'm interested in rather than what I need to learn to make money. I do that already to a degree but, work gets in the way of most things.

Interesting question. First thing that springs to mind is learning about things that interest me, and eventually use my knowledge to create something good in this world. Well, if my knowledge couldn't offer something to mankind, I would donate some of the money to those who can. Oh and
