Dude you are Fking 18 yrs old. If these are not your kids, then what are you doing? what is is holding you back. This 31 yr old is taking you for a ride; she is taking advantage of you being naive and generosity. She probably played the poor me, poor me song and dance in the beginning and made you think you are the knight in shining armor. Time to get real, son don't be conned. FYI I think you should do a credit-check on yourself. I would not be surprised if she has credit cards under your name.
I'd lay down the law.
Yeah, those kids are going to use that toilet. Sure have some payback for the bitch but did those children really have to suffer?
Blackbelts are just whitebelts who have never quit.

why did you leave home to live with this chick? Also agree with getting the credit check and fucking the shit out of her before leaving.
As for whether or not to fuck her, is she even hot?
Alright, thanks for sharing.Hakei wrote:

Just because she leaves notes, doesn't means she is lacking confidence. It could be different mental factors.
That could also be why she isn't communicating with her kids and wants you to do it.

Remove the faucet of the shower (with the water main turned off, duh), add in red food dye, red poster paint, go nuts.
Reattach faucet. Turn on water mains.
You can work the rest out.

Did you do any sort of contract before you moved in?
If all you signed up for/agreed upon is a room for rent, you could maybe take her to a small claims court for throwing you out for no good reason.

Haha you can throw a tenant out for whatever reason you want as long as it's not discrimination protected by law. All you need to do is give them xx days notice (whatever the law says in AUS).
If you have a fixed-contract you can't get thrown out unless you fail to pay rent (or break some other agreement). And if there was no term then it's 60 days if there's no 'reason'.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

How much notice must the landlord give?
This depends on the type of tenancy agreement.
A fixed-term agreement is for a specified period of time (e.g. 6 months). A continuing agreement is one where the fixed-term has expired or no period is specified.
To end a fixed-term agreement the minimum notice required is:
* 14 days at the end of term
* 14 days if the tenant breaks the agreement (‘breach of agreement’).
For a continuing agreement, the minimum notice is:
* 60 days if no reason is given (‘no grounds' termination)
* 14 days for breach of agreement
* 30 days for sale of the premises.
If a notice is posted to you, an extra 4 working days must be allowed for delivery.
My advice is although you have been treated unfairly let it go. Not worth your time.
