This attitude of "DAST sux0rs" (usually stated as such and not so magnificently and amusingly as in the OP) ironically originates from EEChat kiddies with a mental age of sub 15. It's from people that don't have anything to contribute either because their parents didn't give them an opinion or they would rather think about boobs and explosions than abstract but equally relevant issues. Since they are frothing at the mouth because they haven't shot pixels in the head in the last 20 minutes and they have replied to EEChat they have to post somewhere - abstaining would be ridiculous. And so the attitude of "lol internet argument, I'm going to appear wise beyond my years by noting the inherent futility of the conversation" is born.
People post in DAST for the same reason they post in EE. It's fun. That's all this site is. When people start screaming viva la france at the barricade then by all means call them nutters, but as it is I don't know how people saying DAST is shit and EE is win have a leg to stand on seeing as DAST is to the History Channel as EE is to Nickelodeon. OP excluded, because there is more thought, effort, and rhetoric present here than in most DAST threads.
Also, propane is superior for general use, but of course if you're going to do some serious grilling you need wood coals. (not charcoal that comes out of a bag, wood coals)

Flaminf, D&ST is terrible. There is rarely any intelligent debate, it's just raging, TL;DRing and calling each other morons. I've had better debates in Other Games than most in D&ST.
