On the topic of GTA IV, should I get it for the xbox360 or computer?
Probably the Xbox. I heard there's alot of problems on the PC version, plus on the Xbox you can buy the two extra DLC episodes, although I've heard one of them at least is coming on the PC.

I actually figured most people knew that it'd be in Vice City. It's mentioned like 40-50 times in GTA IV + the DLCs. SA is mentioned maybe 3-4.
