@reaps. There was enough people playing. server I was in was full, a few other low pop ones.
Tell me how the 3D movement works, keywise.
I get it you use wasd for the standard forward/backward/strafe but what do you do to glide up and down?

Probably hold down space for jetpack, aim at surface and flip before you hit it with your head?Sisco10 wrote:

Holding right mouse button to lock your view and then moving your mouse is roll.
Thx guis! Sounds rather good, how does it play with all that movement. Do you acutally "use" it?
Yeah you really do use it all. The movement is very good imo.
Looks like ima buy it then. Can´t go much wrong for that money
looks damn good for 20. might grab this.

I got a reply from the devs:
Well guys there you go, if you have a top-end PC you should be happy you can run this game on low settings that look like shit at barely 60fps!Its good to hear, that your rig is capable of getting 60fps.
Because 60 FPS is completely unplayable and graphics are what matter most in games.

main battle tank karthus medikopter 117 megamegapowershot gg
You are fucking retarded, so let me spell it out for you:DefCon-17 wrote:

You need to make this game look shit
That is, other games look much better
To barely get 60fps
While other games look better AND get higher fps
on a top-end rig
Meaning anyone on mid-high end hardware simply can't even get 60fps
Could it just be something as simple as they haven't optimized the game for the 5xxx series cards? Because Zimmer and Flaming were fine on 8800GT/GTS.Lucien wrote:

works great on a 4870 and E8400 @ 1920x1080 all maxed out : /
maybe as finray says just not optimized for 5xxx series yet

You don't need 60fps
If you want better graphics turn up the settings until you get 30fps then stop. Not complicated and really no reason to bitch.
Enough already
It's a good game, it just happens to run badly on my PC and my PC only.
The devs want to implement roll right/roll left key binds, would be useful imo

Would be pretty cool, would make the movement even more natural.Lucien wrote:

Have you noticed how when you look up/down your aim changes? if youre looking straight ahead and you aim right you just turn right, but if you look down, then aim right you kind of spin around. The movement in this game is mind-boggling
Just bought it off steam
If you don't spray you're incredibly accurate, but hitting people at a distance is hard so I spray just a little to compensate.TimmmmaaaaH wrote:
I'm still not sure whether spray or burst is better.
Sometimes I spray and insta kill them, others I have to burst to do it.
I've had a few weird kills/deaths in this game too, like shooting at an enemy from across the map with a 3-shot burst and getting an incredibly lucky headshot, Or having an enemy shoot at you while you're facing him and he somehow gets a tankshot
Yeh, seems to be my exact experience. At least it is consistently inconsistent I supposeLucien wrote:

sounds kind of gimmicky. Will it last very long?
