Going to pay the cardiologist sometime in the next month. My heartrate at the moment, resting, is 100, but sometimes my heartrate averages 120-150 while at rest; I also get chest pains, heaviness of breath, and nausea. I went to the ER once, but they said everything looked okay, their guess was anxiety or an inflammation. I'm currently going through lots of stress, but I'm having it checked out to be safe.
102 at rest

So what percentage of blood can you lose before dying?
Are you sure?
40% is the 'oh shit' point. Without intervention you'll almost definietly die.

Jeez, what do you guys do all day. I don't even approach 100 unless I'm under an intensive workout.
If you average 70, get some help.

45 is in amazing shape. Nice one! How often do you work out or do sports?
Mostly people who ride bikes, swim or run have the best heart rates.

Get back to me when its between 12-15 then I'll be impressed. Ohh btw, the average rest heartbeat is between 60-80 bpm.rh27 wrote:

You must be fucking stupid or something.rh27 wrote:

but, if you love bragging to nerds on the internet, lol.
That would you mean you would be classed as an athlete. Linford Christie had a resting heart beat of 35 beats per min and Lance Armstrong has a resting heart beat of 32 beats per minute. So tell us more, as i am not yet a believer to your claims.rh27 wrote:

dood a heart rate of 45 beats per min is phenomenal. Gotta see some evidence.burnzz wrote:
