It was funny, earlier in the thread one of the Euros tried to show what he thought lowings compass would look like. I don't get how you think I think Lowing is the 'worst you can be'. He may not know how an economy works, he may live in a world of absolutes and he may have differing views on many things, but he's far from the 'worst you can be'.

I tried answering the questions based on what I believe his stances are based in his posts here, and to be fair I wasn't that far wrong.

Funny, how in order to know how an economy works, you need to be a professional economist, or, in this forum, agree with the left.

On my level a person trying to raise a family and maintain a quality of life for that family, I seem to know enough about the economy to know and do what it takes to survive in it. I will leave the rest of it, to the 23 year old, ain't out of school yet, living with mom and dad, not paying your own bills, geniuses, to rant on about how my earnings should be our earnings and how the evil rich are collapsing our country and NOT really providing jobs for the rest of us to earn a living.

Well since academics matter so much I guess since I'm majoring in Poli Sci for my B.A. that means I know more about well just everything that passes through this section more than anyone else.

Cept for Kmarion and KJ they both got their Poli Sci degrees.

Don't know how I posted that in the wrong thread. Anyway what I'm saying is academic qualifications in DST are silly.

Well they should know something about economics. And polisci =/= politics, I thought. If I had to ask someone about the history of democracy or the semantics of some part of conservatism then I'd ask a political scientist.

edit: I think it makes a difference that I didnt strongly agree or disagree with anything. I may do another one using those and see how different it is.

Edit 2 : Apparently it did not make very much difference at all in my test results....

In general, I personally believe most folks that frequent gaming forums, of a particular age-group, and/or are involved with technology will belong within the Left-Libertarian square.  This is pretty evident from almost all the posts in this thread so far.
