Ronnie coleman, Jay cutler et al are not good role models. Juicers do what they need to keep looking like slabs of meat, it's very easy to build muscle and get lean using roids. And many people use crazy momentum and swinging in workouts, especially curls. Look at training videos of Ronnie and many others. Do what works.
Actually, he doesn't even train his abs, at all, lol. Just relies on squat movement and shit I guess. A day of heavy ab work wouldn't hurt though imo. And I don't even think he's doing any cardio atm either.
The roiders in my gym are only concerned with how much they can lift, nothing more. For the rest of us a good workout strategy, good diet and plenty of cardio is the best bet in attaining a good physical physique + good level of fitness.
