I'm watching the show True Blood on HBO and there is a bunch of sex between people and vampires all the time on and I'm just thinking, could you get a vampire pregnant or since they're dead they can't have children or since they're supernatural could there be a way.

So could you get a vampire pregnant?

To get pregnant Vampires would have to menstruate. Assuming that could menstruate they for a long time and you have finite number of eggs. That means by age 40'ish they go through menopause (don't want to be around for that).

Also I would argue that the transformation into a vampire would irreparably destroy the reproductive organs. Besides vampires multiple by their bite not by their genitals.
