Nah i just cba'd with screeners and whatnot. I'll probably end up going out to see it anyway. If not, then I'll wait it out and download it when the blu ray rips are released.
why are you using VLC anyway kmar? go download KMP.
It's essentially a dvd. For comedies and whatnot it's not a big deal seeing as an HD copy will require a lot more patience.. and I'll probably get that as well. .. as in buy it.Gooners wrote:

better UI, pauses when you tell it to, better quality, works better with subs, etc. Just a much better program.Kmarion wrote:

UI in VLC is simple enough .. quality is fine .. so is subs. I'll try it because I try everything but vlc has been solid for me for a very long time.Miggle wrote:

It also opens Real Media files, which show up on occasion when I'm trying to get TV series' and such.Kmarion wrote:

why
I was using GOM when it was suggested to me, and when both that and VLC failed to play a robocop matroska file, I downloaded KMP to see if it was any good.
I've been using it since.

I tried that too, but it seemed worse than vlc.Gooners wrote:

Seems like the differences are virtually nill to me (so far). Nothing of real importance at least. VLC does support subtitles for AVI so I'm not sure what that guy is on.Miggle wrote:
