Predominantly Islamic nations hold the prerogative to govern themselves in whatever manner they see fit so long as they don't do so to the detriment of external parties. Same way America/Ireland/France/Poland can govern itself whatever way it sees fit so long as it doesn't antagonise, bully or harm external parties to it. It seems to me that lowing is intolerant of the choices that people in far flung nations have made, a position he is entitled to but at the end of the day makes him obsessive and hypocritical. The only real concern he could legitimately have is if vast swathes of American Muslims rejected the laws and constitution of the nation of which they are citizens, which of course they don't. So I guess this is just more hot air of the forum's biggest windbag.
