This map will change in sniper war from US side. No progress into enemy territory. An attack heli could save it.
Since this map has received alot of bad criticism, I thought about how EA could possibly go about trying to salvage this map having put the work into creating it:
This would eliminate the need for the US to cross the water and hopefully balance out the gameplay and be better for IO. What does anyone think?

I think IO killed BF2, and the temple flag looks to be inaccessible by heavy vehicles anyway, so the Americans shouldn't have much trouble taking it.BENBOBBY wrote:

We'll see but I hate water and bridges (For example the train accident - gatehouse chokepoint in Karkand 32/64, Iron Gator, Ghost Town when one team is fullcapped, etc etc)

Well we have only seen the top down view and a few random screen shots, so we don't really know how it's gonna work.

Well the 64 version it looks like PLA will have to defend market and temple, and it also depends on how much leeway boats have if they hug the out of bounds lines to the north...you might have boats that could get through to the back flagsSnake wrote:

The smaller versions of the map are a bit linear; but, it's a whole team coming thru there, and with apc's AND boats you will probably need a ton of AT guys to close it down.
As others said, we don't really know yet how it will play.
I really like how the other zones look, seems like some good infantry battle settings ..I bet that they had the foresight to allow enough breakthrough so that the fighting is going to be at those flags...
It's a cool map... you can't judge it by a minimap... and or by screenshots...lol
