What do you want to see? Are you packing it or in a hotel? What do you want to do? Sight see? I recommend yellowstone, Rushmore. If you want to party, maybe a booze cruise out of Wilmington NC, on the way to Atlantic City. On a motorcycle? Bike week rages in Daytona. If you're all ready in DC, you could get lost in the Museum of Natural History, or check out some rapids on the Potomac River after getting wasted in Freedom Plaza...
I stood in line for four hours. They better give me a Wal-Mart gift card, or something. - Rodney Booker, Job Fair attendee.
Omg guys. I accidentally all of America.
Yea, If I recommended one it would be Universal. Bush Gardens here in Tampa has some killer coasters too. Gwazi, Kumba, Shiekra .. just to name a few. I've got an all year pass .Poseidon wrote:
Universal Studios is pretty cool if you'd be into hitting the parks one day.

Hey now... Texas is a great site to see... If you want to see what 20 years of delayed road construction can do to a state...KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

The Mummy (one of the best themed coasters out there)
Disaster (RIP Earthquake)
Shrek 4D (entertaining)
Men In Black Alien Attack (also very entertaining)
Twister (fucking awesome)
T23D (legendary)
The Simpsons Ride (haven't been on but I heard it's good...RIP Back to the Future)
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit (opening soon I think)
and Islands of Adventure has:
Hulk (AMAZING)
Dueling Dragons (do both Fire and Ice)
Poseidon's Fury ( and not just because it's my name, but because the special effects are so kickass I can't even tell you)
Jurassic Park River Adventure (like Splash Mountain x1000).
I could go on and on about Disney and Universal. I used to be absolutely obsessed.
I was dissapointed by this thread.
was thinking a pornstar was involved.

Haha, you're doing the "Drinking Around The World" tour? I've always wanted to but couldn't due to some obvious reasons.
Make sure you hit Mission: SPACE, Test Track and Soarin' while you're there. Just not while you're drunk. Especially Mission: SPACE. I absolutely guarantee you will lose your lunch in that simulator.

Come to California, go to Yosemite, check out southern California and go to the beaches, or go to Los Angeles / Hollywood if you're in for an adventure and want to see the kind of freak shows society has to offer. Plus, driving up the valley / grapevine to northern California is a great trip.
...and why, precisely, is that?KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

Yeah that would be a good trip, you gotta start in the north bay and head up through napa and sonoma. You should make sure to see the coastal redwoods too. I would still prefer and east coast trip though.mtb0minime wrote:

America's an amazing and unique country. So many big cities and interesting little backwaters, whatever route you choose I'm sure it will be eye-opening and life-changing.
