Looks wicked but they really need to bring back the old theme. Fuck "Japanese-style version", just the old one will be fine.

Still, there are few things better than dogfighting in BF1942. BF2 didn't even come close with it's jet dogfighting. Can't wait to get back behind the controls of a Corsair.

I think that only the console version will have only 24 players. Console games don't have proper servers so support of more than 24 and it gets uber laggy, the same does not hold true for the PC.

My guess is that the PC one will have 48 players.

It would be pretty stupid if they have a cap of 24 players on the PC version also, I'm sure you could work your way around it easily anyway. It's not like this relatively small game will have any sort of stats/ranking system that would require servers to play by a set of rules. It's just for abit of fun so expect plenty of mods hopefully

As has been said, the pc version might support up to 64 players like all the pc battlefield games, just the console versions will support 24 players.
