ive seen plenty of matt damon.
i remember when kerry was running for potus and all those douche bags thought they could actually sway the masses opinion cause they wore brightly colored shirts that supported a fellow douche bag.
matt damon was one of em. so was jack black. both complete douche bags.
and many more are on that list, i just dont feel like wasting the energy of typing their names.
hollywood, you are allowed to have an opinion, but when you try and force it on me, you can go fuck yourselves
Really? Is Arnold Schwartznegger a douchebag for supporting Bush? Is Jon Voight a douchebag for supporting McCain?
oh ya, you will find no double standards here.
if you are a star, and you think that your opinion will have an effect on the masses, and try to convince people of your views, then fuck off.
johnny depp is a great example of how i would like all the actors to behave.
I think you'll find that very few actors aren't opinionated. It's kind of their nature. Depp has actually said some pretty disparaging things about America, but honestly, I thought some of them were pretty accurate.
Still, I can level with you somewhat. I don't like some of the egos that actors have, like Tom Cruise, but when it comes to politics, I'm ok with either side being supported by whoever.
If Dennis Hopper likes Bush, more power to him. If Damon likes Obama, good for him.
The only reason these guys do actually speak up is because some people are swayed by them. It is kind of sad that an actor has that power, but then again, when did most people actually vote on policy?
