Does anyone know of a good heat sink? I was hoping to find one without a fan but I still want to overclock my E8400 to 3.6Ghz.

Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme + 12cm fan and ur good to go. even for MUCH higher clocks than that 3.6....Naturn wrote:

Get the OC-Z Vendetta 2 like I did, it cools just as good as the Ultra 120 Extreme for your standard overclocking, and is ALOT cheaper + it comes with 1 fan compared to none in the Thermalright.... which can be slowed down to create minimum noice...GC_PaNzerFIN wrote:

Yes there is, but they are quite expensive... ASUS has one of the best passive coolers IIRC...Naturn wrote:
So there are no heatsinks that I can overclock with without having a fan?
