Looks promising though.
1st, 2nd & 3rd rankings are pointless...
comparing individual performance is far superior, from this chart we can't see if x was miles ahead of, or nearly tied with y and/or z
Although I am crossing fingers for this to be true since windows 7 is looking pretty darn awesome so far

On a serious note. I want to know if you see a performace increase over Vista. I am assuming your running Vista already and the 32Bit version. Because, 64Bit version has always ran better. When you do this post your PC specs with both OS versions.
How is it with compatibility? Like with drivers and more obscure apps.
Thats what we want to know. How M$ let it known to the hardware manufacturers a while back that if they didn't develop drivers for Windows 7 early on they would leave them out in the cold come launch. Mean no office certificates from M$.
The only thing I really want to know is if it has audio hardware acceleration

performance in windows 7 > perfomance in xp 32 bit > performance in vista 32

All on same PC
vista hates my hardware (well, that's why the vistafags claim vista doesn't run well for me) however windows 7 <3's it.

Probably won't be till Jan like previous Windows releases. But... if those numbers are genuine then yes I am very happy to see it coming down the road.

Remember its very similar cycle to Vista. Betas 1-3 will probably be H1 and RC1 & 2 will be H2.
