We have had some pretty good times on this forum. Back in the day it was always nice to come home and see what arguement CameronPoe and Lowing were into, or Usmarine05 and Bubbalo. ATG was a different man back then, but has always provided insightful (and strange) debate. I have always been a nuisance but I was there in the glory days, fighting with Serge only to have Kmarion seperate us. The good ol' days of Bubz, Cam, USM05, Lowing, Deez, CoronadoSeal, Stingray, Kmarion, Hunter of Skulls, GunslingerOIF II, Sergeriver, KingCountyDowny, Flaming Maniac, Ghettoperson, Turquoise, Miller, Jord, Spark, Commiechipmunk, Ironchef, M3thod, Parker and more are over. Now this forum is plagued with little shits who offer nothing but Anti American spew and ruin it.

I'm here nearly 3 years. I would say I have become more anti American foreign policy due to the middle east invasion. I can't help it and I make no apologies for it. Its on my TV screens every night. Innocent ppl getting wiped out when the reasons for doing so where largely fabricated.

In my 3 years here I have been to America twice. Met some great Ppl I am still in touch with. Several have come over and stayed with me. Two of which, loved my home town so much they stayed. Was down in Dublin a couple of weeks ago for a party to celibrate one of my American friends getting Irish citizenship. One of the reasons he and his wife used was that they couldn't stomach their countries foreign policy.

You really need to make a separation deeznut, between Anti American Government policy and anti American to the people. It seams to be unpatriotic to question the American government. Whereas here its seen as patriotic to question and hold to account your government. Checks and balances. The USA went into Iraqi for Oil first, humanity second. You might feel unpatriotic to highlight this, but its not my government and if it was, id be screaming bloody murder(literally).

I understand why you are annoyed Deeznutz and as someone who is probably considered highly critical of the American Government by other posters on here (over the last eight years in particular) I would like to distance myself from some of the opinions put forward by others on this forum... as I'm sure many others would.

I've never had a beef with the American people themselves; I've always got along well with Americans, both here in Europe and in the United States itself. I have grown up watching American movies and listening to American music and still do today. I would even go so far as to say I have no beef with American soldiers themselves either - obviously when I see a video of a soldier doing something horrible and cruel in a war zone I will take exception to that specific individual but as far as American troops in general go I actually feel quite sorry for them. These young men and women sign up to do something that is, in their mind (and in principal), very noble and yet it has been corrupted by a succession of increasingly imperialistic administrations since WW2. I can't remember who it was that described war as "old men talking and young men dying" but that kind of sums up what modern American foreign policy has become.

When I criticize America I criticize it on a fundamental level at the higher circles of power, not on a personal level.

Um, I can find a lot of threads from "Back in the day" that are just as worse as recent threads in D&ST.

And as for posters who seem to be Anti-American(in the way rammunation is) you just have to deal with it I guess. Just like threads where people bash on Muslims/Jews/Christians(although they bash Islam way more then the last two Religions), it is most likely never to go away. It is the internet and most people here will say things that are ridiculous/hateful mainly because the consequences are far less 'harmful' then they are in real life.

Back to the topic: I would pick a few post by Marinejuana/Ken-Jennings/Parker/Kmarion and a few others. One of the few users that made me stop and carefully observe his/her post.

Firstly I have never defended or backed up ramunition in any thread. He is hate filled. I don't know where your getting that one from.
Secondly, I am not a lib. I am not American and I am not liberal, by any stereotype. That's an American label you lot use to put everyone into one or another box. Luckily their are plenty of boxes to chose from here.

I have no problems with America going after terrorists. I supported the war against Afghanistan. I'm on record here saying it many times. I am however against the Iraqi war which turned a whole nation of ppl into terrorists and was justified using falsified Intel. I am always going to have a problem with any country fabricating evidence to invade another nation. And I'll give my opinion on it, on the Internet or in person.

Id bet if I was having a beer with you, Lowing, ATG Km, we would get on just fine. Again, I have no bones with the American ppl. As I said before I have many American friends and I respect most American on this board, along with their right to have a different opinion than me.
