Get raged. I don't play video games, so I don't need anything more than a GTS 320. Once BF3 comes out, I'll get a new video card.Freezer7Pro wrote:

You just got lucky when you bought your CPU, that is all. Sheesh.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

You two can put your dick back in your pants about your processors now.

Thats laughable. It requires knowledge to OC to 4.6 you know not just a good batch.Freezer7Pro wrote:

1: Did I say so? I said a super-batch E8400. My E7200 has a horrible VID, almost 1.2V. That coupled with a very, very bad IHS..Sup wrote:

2: With a P45 and that awesome of a CPU, it's not exactly hard. P45s barely even need more volts to breach FSB2000.

Not hard with a stock cooler? Are you crazy?Freezer7Pro wrote:

If his CPU only needs ~1.39V to reach it, it isn't so special. Intel stock coolers are underrated, I have an E5200 cooler sitting on a P4 @ 3.4/1.42, temps barely go over 65C. The E8400 stock cooler is way more powerful than the E5200 one..Sup wrote:

The E5200 sink is about 1.5cm tall and has the low-RPM fan and alu core. E8400 should have copper core and high-RPM fan..Sup wrote:
Doesn't the E5200 still have the old "fat" cooler? Cos E8400 has the slim one.

Then they are completely identical. I have the E8400s cooler. Its alu and 1.5 cm tall.Freezer7Pro wrote:

But the fan is more powerful. That's what's the difference..Sup wrote:

true that. The e8400 has a 0.20A fan, the E5200 a 0.14A oneFreezer7Pro wrote:

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
