The game is awesome but it doesn't really feel like a fallout game sometimes.
BTW, turning AA to 0 completely fixed my crashing for some reason.

Combat is pretty painful. At least when you're a low level, hipfiring is practically impossible to hit with, so you have to use vats. VATS gets really annoying.Big McLargehuge wrote:
Well, after thinking about it for awhile I've decided to give this a game a try but there was one thing that I'm concerned about. The combat. From videos I've seen it looks really slow. Can any of you guys tell me a little about it from your own experience playing the game?
And something completely unrelated to Fallout. I'm unable to to log into my account on Trackr. I assumed you to use your current password on BF2s but that didn't work. How do I log in?
So, when you're a higher level the combat becomes better?Miggle wrote:

As for trackr, you should have gotten an email when you were invited to join with your name and password.
I don't know tbh, that would make sense, but I'm my small guns skill is 555, and it's still not great.Big McLargehuge wrote:

And thanks for the Trackr help.
Idk, I rape with the chinese assault rifle and combat shotgun. One or two shots will easily down a raiderMiggle wrote:

How the hell do I get to the Galaxy News Radio tower/station/whatever?
I came near it, but there was a metro station. So I went in, killed some Feral ghouls, and then...got lost? Where the fuck am I supposed to go?

what quest are you on?
Yeah, I learned my lesson from Oblivion and am taking my time with the game too. I have only complteted one main quest after the vault (following in his footsteps) and that was on accident while doing another sidequest. Once you know what you're doing, the game is fantstic.Poseidon wrote:

Been taking my time with the game. Taking in the atmosphere, searching around, finding bobbleheads (2 so far), etc.
Also didn't know you weren't supposed to go in the armory.
Yeah, it's getting better. I really do like how it's not like Far Cry 2 and enemies don't respawn. Very useful.-=]NS[=-Eagle wrote:

Snipey was a good man. He helped kill some Mercenaries which Mister Burke sent after me even after I killed him.-=]NS[=-Eagle wrote:
