As we all know, Valve like to play games with the community. So my question is this. Is a Spy update on its way?

The TF2 team were working on Left 4 Dead for a while, we know that. However, with the Blog entitled 'Gentlemen' they said they were working on TF2 again.

And I quote:

Now that we're wrapping up that work, we'll be returning to TF2. We've got a bunch of exciting changes coming down the pipe for the next class update. Feels good to be home again!
Sounds like they're back in full swing right? And of course there's the 'Gentlemen' in the title which is of course a Spy quote, and the mention of frontstabs in the blog.

Next we have silence, then Valve say there's going to be no more class updates this year. Huh? They already said they're working on TF2 again and have lots of ideas. Notice they only said there would be no more class updates through a third party site. Shacknews have a great relationship with Valve, they always seem to get Valve news first. So it's not that big a stretch to imagine them being 'in on it'.

It all seems pretty 'so what' so far, but then there was yesterdays blog update. The entire thing was about Predator. Yeah it was very funny, but what did it have to do with TF2? Nothing. Oh but wait there's already a predator class in TF2, the Spy.

Just some thoughts. Reading the Steam forums has been putting ideas into my head . I know its all very unlikely but it's also very possible. Just felt like sharing before I go out

Keep on wishing Yoda, but I am looking forward to the Spy update (I only play TF2 for Spy now :>)

I'd whore the shit out of pyro to piss them all off, then play spy when it has died down.
