for breakfast i bring to granola bars to work, along with a to-go cup of oatmeal. for lunch i have a small salad, chicken breast, and pasta with promise butter and spices. for dinner, i have a salad, chicken breast, and some egg whites.

I've been eating healthy for a while now so I can be in shape for the Air Force. Here's what I do.

Eat either a bowl of cereal (not sugary shit, healthy shit...Special K could work although it's kinda womanly) with some fruit OR have 2 granola bars and some fruit. This is for breakfast, obviously.

For lunch, have a turkey sandwich (any lean meat) with lowfat cheese, bread and mustard...fix whatever you want on there or add whatever vegetables (if you want tomatoes, go for it) you want as long as they're good.

For dinner, just have a wholesome meal. Steak (and A1 <3333) works, roasted chicken is good and can be used in so many ways...porkchops are good as well.

You just need to eat wholesome stuff and control your portions. I know you're not trying to lose weight, but it's good to keep a diet like that just in general. Could add years to your life.

This too. I mean, I get a diet coke once in a while if I'm out to eat or something...but other than that, it's all water for me.

Diet lemon snapple iced tea is also good too, as it's got no sugar and is very, VERY water based. Tastes great too.

i found that when you start running just a little (2 miles a day, few times a week) and force yourself to eat at least a little less, you lose a lot of your hunger. So then it doesn't matter what you eat
