releasing shitty programs that aren't ready and have no support, all for windows only.

fuck google, fuck chrome, FF still rules

Fate.
Wow. Truly, a pathetic comment.

MS was never looking for new ways to give something to the customer, they were looking for ways to take from them... Google is giving you all this for free and asking for nothing in return. The program has no support because it's just in beta, and windows only? Fuck Mac users. I can use it on Linux, so I don't give a shit about OSX.

It's nice, it's fast and it will be brilliant when implemented with everything else google has to offer. Power to the people.

I like it. A bit too simplistic, but for the basic moron out there, it's a good browser. Some CSS errors so far, but nothing that isn't too bad. I will be using it along with FF and Opera, just to see how it fares up.

firefox has what i need too, but Chrome is pretty legit.  it's a nice experience, it kind of reminds me of Opera.

Using it now, not too bad. Lol @ the Porn mode though.

Edit: Only problem currently is there is no clickable scroll wheel. :\

i never use the clickable scroll wheel tbh, i either scroll down slowly with the wheel reading stuff or use the bar on the right.

I didn't write the second part, I merely pasted it, as the timing was quite humorous.

I'm fine with Google doing new things, that's good, but like anything, it can't get too big. What if they start charging for it some day, or making it only "Google-platform" compatible?
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Complain about it then?

What if google starts using street view to take pictures of you naked, then blackmailing you threatening to release the pictures at your job, and tries to spread rumors that you have a meth addiction? Why worry about random things that there are no indication will happen?

Yeah my scroll wheel is acting up, but there are fun colors around stuff which entertain someone with a small mind like me, plus the comic made me think

Wonder if the incognito feature (porn mode) will make it's way onto firefox.

It seems that's the only real goodie included with chrome.

Good luck and have fun waiting for that one. That wasn't even a concept browser, is was an idealistic view at the future internet's interface.

I like that you can drag tabs off and into their own window, and that you can drag tabs from a second window back into the first.

The re-sizable text box thing is very cool... Maybe not a top priority, but I can see it being nice at times when the supplied one is much smaller then how it is displayed, so that you can get an idea of what it will look like, if that makes sense... Also, I think the pop up status bar is sleek (there is no status bar, but when you mouse over, or as a page loads the info pops up at the bottom left of the window)

But I <3 ad block... and more then that ... I NEED spell check. I spell like a drunk 6 year old. I also occasionally use the video downloaded on Firefox... Add those three things and I would be willing to use it day to day.  The options menu is a bit skimpy, but lets remember this is a first beta... I will use it occationally when firefox gives me trouble, and I will definitely be watching future advancement.

porn mode. nothing is saved in a particular tab if you wish.
