You know by the time Muslims are in power in the West the world will probably be ending anyway. 2% of the population are Muslim here, I think the highest is like 6% in France...

Davey, America is one of the few western countries that can claim to be able to rapidly assimilate Muslims into it's culture, I've met many Muslim men and women who are shockingly similar to non-observant Christians in their faith, wear revealing clothes, eat during Ramadan, and have no plans to travel to Mecca. Many of them even list themselves as white/caucasian on standardized testing forms, and know less about the history of the middle east than I do.
The situation in Europe does seem more interesting (greater numbers, and more obstinant), but we in America really have nothing to worry about, the pressure our culture exudes on immigrants and their children quickly makes them more "American" than "Muslim."
