Valve never promised it to you. They can change the info release date to whenever they want - hell be glad they're telling you what they're releasing at all.

I really actually don't like the Arena mode idea. Payload was very original and different. This doesn't seem like much of a difference from CP/CTF.

Exactly as the rumour descrtibed of course. The center control point will ensure there's no turtling . I knew they weren't going to do another unlock. It wouldn't fit with their cycle.
