I'm going to skip a few hundred bad games I've played and go to the decent ones:

The map featured in the CoD 4 demo, you know, with all the long loading and the super-vulnerable, super-outnumbered tank that made you load super-slow autosaves 50 super-fun times almost won, but horrid memories of the endless, donut-shaped, pancake-stacked rooms leading to the Halo endgame wormed its way into my consciousness. Just when you think you did one loop, there's another. That can be blamed on Microsoft wanting a prize kiddie for the XBox and bumping it out early, I suppose.

Finally, if this counts, the run the very slow single-player tutorial area in Guild Wars Factions. Don't drink a lot of caffeine before trying, because you will pull your hair out waiting for the NPC's to stop talking and open the next gates.

From Vietcong 1, the second mission where you spend the whole fucking day in a jungle with countless boobtraps in trees, water and rocks.

I hated Warpig and Heat (this is the one where you raid the Azerbaijani safe house, no?) in CoD4. So bland.

The ninth or tenth mission of Command and Conquer Renegade, where you escort Dr. Mobious out of the Nod prison, is also an absolute pain, primarily because he runs in front of you, exposing himself to both enemy fire and your fire. It took me forever to beat it.
Agreed, Mobius was an idiot.

Come on, Shadow Link was one of the hardest enemies in that game The Water Temple kicked ass, but I suppose it got annoying with having to go back around and around to finish it all.

I'd say the Garuda Fortress from Majoras Mask was more annoying. As soon as you go spotted BAM! Prison.

I could of taken all of those bitches...

RA1: Counterstrike. Sarin Gas mission where they appear in convoys all over the map. Pain in the ass.

Mine would probably be Heat, from CoD4, but that's mainly because there were so many good levels in that game that it's blandness really sticks out.
Call of duty-the tank mission in T-35.
T-35 is 5-turret 30's era monster tank with no anti-shell armour. You probably meaned T-34-85?
lol at that.  I actually the tank missions in CoD1.  "Good shooting!"

The Oil Rig mission in Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre. It was a bitch escorting the hostee's, they were so stupid, kept running into walls, and then some random mother fucker would pop out and empty a mag from a AK into your back, I never beat it....

Everyone said Shadow Link was really hard, but I just went berserker style on him and beat him really easily, no spin attacks. He was cool though, and I was so freakin happy to get the longshot by then.

I love the Garuda Fortress in both games...it's like MGS!

I didn't like the haunted house level on Banjo Kazooie, they made you use too many gold feathers with all the stupid ghosts.

Who can forget all the absolutely retarded jewel-hunting levels in Sonic Adventure 2: Battle?

Route Kanal was a bit of a bitch in HL2.

@FM, yeah those fucking sucked. Especially the one where you were Rouge and you had to find all the emeralds in about 5 minutes or the building would go into nuclear meltdown or some shit.

Yeah FFlink, the water temple was easily the most annoying in OoT. The only part of the game that I really didn't like.

I had a lot of fun with Shadow Link though, one of the few enemies that really made me work for it, and I didn't have much trouble beating it.

Right now, a certain Buggy race in Motorstorm is really pissing me off. I can't seem to beat it no matter how many times I do it.

Really cant name just one, ive played hundreds and hundreds of games. Currently replaying Crash Bandicoot and some of those missions get fucking annoying coz they are damn had.

Some Halo levels were pretty bland, like in the complex's they just repeated the same thing over and over.

Theres one really hard level on DK2 that I didnt like much but i found an easier way to complete it.

Oh! I remember those! They were just annoying...

But the Chao (What were they called? The little things you could raise...) things made that game great.

I'd have to say Library from Halo 1.

Man i hated that mission for its insane difficulty. I passed all other levels on legendary before i'd passed that on normal.

Got there in the end though

The Control Room in Goldeneye for N64. The very last part where you get swarmed by double gunned special forces all while Nataylia(sp?) is working on a computer station. Very hard.

Yeah I hate the Faction's noob island, though it makes Factions the easiest area to level up in, those quests had massive XP.

The entire campaign mode from Smash Bros Brawl.  While the cutscenes were neat, and it was fun at the start, after 8 hours of the exact same thing, endlessly looping it really got on my nerves and was driving me up a freaking wall.

Tried FFX.  Liked it, go to the last ''level'', got raped (repeatedly) and never finished it.  I will never play another RPG.  Shame cause I liked it suprisingly
