I've been working out since January, regularly but nothing to strenuous and I recently got a job at a health club. For the first month I worked out 3 days a week....all of my upper body. (In all I've been casually lifting for about 3-4 months and hardcore for about 2) In the following month, I've worked out 5 days a week, my schedule looking something like this:
Monday - Chest/Back/Lats/Abs
Tuesday - Biceps/Triceps/Forearms
Wednesday - Chest/Triceps/Abs
Thursday - Back/Lats/Forearms
Saturday - Biceps/Triceps/Abs
I work out hard, really strenuous and on various machines and free wieghts....but I can't seem to gain any weight. I eat healthy, I add whey protein to my drinks, and most of the time I get the correct amount of sleep. I just cant put on weight.
I have a naturally thin build, but I'm very athletic at 6 foot 155 pounds and I'm 20 years old.
How do I bulk up and get big/stronger? What more do I have to do?
