1) Call Packie for one of his bombs, go pick it up.
2) Get a small or low car (PMP600 works well) and place the bomb under it.
3) Drive into Perseus, Modo or a Burger Shot or Cluckin' Bell with it.
4) Walk out, detonate.
5) Enjoy.

Yeah I can never climb ladders that are in the water. It's kinda annoying. I just make sure I don't fall in now at the heli-tours place.
Speaking of which, yesterday I was landing a chopper there, I hit the ground with the tail, and it broke off. However, the rotor blades didn't, so i held down the trigger and took off into the sky again with half a helicopter
