Note: They ran the EXACT SAME    Chad Ballot in the New York Daily News
complete with instructions and my 9 and 7 year olds read the directions, figured it out and punched the chad out properly.

Right The popular vote was not won by John F. Kennedy or bill clinton either.

We have an Electoral college to balance the Power between densely populated urban areas and Rural agricultural areas which are just as important if not more so.

Further

Congress represents strictly by population the Senate Does by region creating balance.
