Well, first, not in defense of women but she could kick all your asses in a race car or any other car for that matter.
Second, there going like 70 down the pit lane and pretty much stop as quickly as possible. They can't just swerve out of the way. That guy should not have been there and he didn't even look like a member of the pit crew.
He's even behind the other guy so she couldn't even see him.
