1. Close steam
2. Type steam://run/5032 in address bar.
3. ???
4. Profit!

"steam://" is the steam protocol. Your browser then launches steam with the prompt "run/5032" which happens to be the meet the scout trailer. You can do the same thing for a game called Codename Gordon which you can't download normally any more. Just replace the 5032 with 92.
