As some of you may have known, my parents had a separation last year (it's sorta like a divorce). At first it was a bit hard to get used to, but now I'm used to it.

So today my mom needs help with printing some document, and I notice its title is "DIVORCE AND SEPARATION." Once I fix everything I sorta sat there, and my mom asked me if I wanted to know what it was.

It was a file for divorce

I guess I'm lucky in a sense, that they didn't separate / divorce because of abuse or anything really terrible. They don't hate each other's guts at least...

Funny how life works.

Hard times come first, pain, anguish, but when you see your parents truly happy after divorce things will hurridly get better. I feel for you man I really do. Keep ya head up. I'm sure we all here hope you get sorted asap.

But, at least it seems amicable, and it wasn't out of the blue.

Most times the parents end up hating eachother. My parents split when I was 3, and I don't even see much of my mom, been a couple of years. She's been in the bottle since about 1993.

Ya, my parents have had a bitter relationship ever since I was 9-ish.
My mom asked me how to block someone on her email and her phone, then I found out it was my dad, sorta the same I guess.
Its all worked out I suppose, but I can't live with my dad full time like I want to.

I wouldn't worry too much about the whole thing, its not a big deal. My parents have been divorced for so long, my memories of them being under the same roof are scarce.

The good thing is that they don't hate each other...think of everything relatively, at least they aren't going to fight for an hour over the phone about whos house you'll be at 3 sundays from now
