The stg44 looks a lot like the FN FAL, which is another main battle rifle that would rock CoD4's weak little .223's.

the g3 is pretty sick, but allow me a dumb question... can you not change the fire mode of the guns? single shot is not for me. i like spraypray.

Well, you cant on the Xbox, i dunno lol about PC.

But it sucks, cause you can use a auto G3 in the single player, but not Multi. I guess it would rape face too hard.

Im pretty good with it, i just use double tap and fire in bursts, and when firing in full auto using sights i just pull down on the mouse to compensate, a method i learned in the original COD with the BAR, cos thats the only gun i ever used in that game.

Kit: MP44, 1911 .45, Bandolier, Double Tap, Deep Impact.

Tried it last night, and it fucking wins so hard. It kills in two shots anywhere.

AK47 = M4 = M16A4 > G36C > MP44 > M14 > G3.

I fucking hate the G3. Maybe it's just because I don't use it much, but really, why use a single shot gun, when the M4 and M16 are the same power, and much more effective. Especially the M4.

It's not bad, but it should be automatic and do about the same damage as the SVD or M21. For scale:

.223 = 1,822 joules

.308 = 3,744 joules

and .50 BMG = 17,000 joules so the M82 should also be way better.

oh well. This game does more justice to SMG's than most other games (BF2) so I give it credit there.

Let's clear the confusion about the first AR.

MP44 (STG 44, whatever you like to call it) is the first AR chambering INTERMEDIATE round.
Which means that the round that it fires has a middle ground characteristics of Sub-Machine gun (pistol caliber) and a Rifle round.
