the ACOG does pwn on smgs but it is always fun to put it on a sniper and run around medium range boom boom boom.

The ACOG is nice for CQ sniping with the M82.
i busted my ass for an acog on an m16
it sucked, never used it since, the Red Dot was more accurate

i never use the acog, the RDS works just as well with less sway and better usage in cqc

ACOG + M4 can be a very deadly combo. Although ACOG + silencer is better IMO

Acog + Skorpion = pwnge
Silencer is the only attachment you should use for any rifle save the M14 on standard. People can't kill you if they can't find you. You only need the slightly enhanced visibility on HC, where your location rarely matters, or with the M14, since the ironsights are terrible.
Yeh, I cant stand it, I cant use it, i mean, its just easier having the "Hold your breath" thingo, other than slight movement.
The ACOG on the M21 murders everything in my hands.

I hate the acog on everything except the AK, i don't know why but it's the only gun where it's any good for me

The ACOG is awesome on the AWE mod for CoD4. There's little sway, way less than the one in vanilla CoD4. It's fun using an ACOG with the assault rifles and the light machine guns. Love using it on the map Village (converted single player map from CoD4 to MP).
