There was also M95ing my first person out of a helicopter. Of course, he just had to be a teammate.
- See guy with RPK, shoot and kill with L85.
- Run towards corner, see RPK guy get revived, kill again.
- Prepare to roll around corner and fill hidden medic's face full of lead.
- Roll around corner, receive face full of defibrillator.
There was also M95ing my first person out of a helicopter. Of course, he just had to be a teammate.
Repeatedly jumping off buildings, and the chute not working. Or working but I bounce off something and it falls off. Either way, I fall to my death in front of a group of people, screaming 'medic!'.
For a more recent thing, I squashed a teammate on Mashtuur earlier trying to get to the blackhawk in a hummer. Revived him after I missed it of course, but it was still embarrasing.
Or trying to dive past a tank in a hummer and getting turned over, bailing out, then the thing falling over on my head.

I'm playing engineer (before friendly fire for mines and clays was an option) on Clean Sweep. My team spawns at a base and I start dropping mines to defend the flag.
I'm screaming over VOIP "I got mines everywhere ... DO NOT run over them"
I'm typing in the in-game chat ... "Mines at XXXXX base ... MINES at XXXXX base ... WATCH OUT FOR MINES"
(I do this 2 or 3 times).
I calm down from my warnings, and I bring up my in-game map and notice that the enemy is capping one of our flags. I hop in a hummer and promptly run over one of my mines.
I'm screaming over VOIP "I got mines everywhere ... DO NOT run over them"

My most recent episode of embarrasing moment was playing Karkand yesterday, on the =R= Eat at Joe's server. This hawt sounding girl by the name of Gemt or something (was a member of the clan) invited me to help support her in capturing Factory during one of those loooong ass games. Well, here we are pinned down beneath pillars in the water near crane, under fire by a medic and AT above us. We're talking about what to do next, when I accidently push forward and climb the nearby ladder. I was near the top, and Gemt, seeing that I was safe, follows me. All of a sudden BAM! Enginner s12k comes out of nowhere and headshots me and Gemt. Of course, shees mad at me for giving her and myself a death, and kicks me out of her squad.
So much for hot sounding girls.

I come back for repairs after epic rape in the WZ-11 on Midnight Sun and subsequently capsize the chopper as I hover it over the pad and kill two team-mates (though they didn't count as TKs). I however escaped unscathed and returned to my whorage though I beared great shame due to the incident.
I tried multiple times to earn a purple heart as a noob and failed.

I think Ive told this one before but whatever....
Screwing around on the carrier pre-round, and I respawn as spec ops. At the time I hadn't played with C4 much so I throw a few packs on a chopper and hang back. 2 randoms on the server hop in and fly off, and shortly after they make it over the shore I blow the C4...
I see 2 "_____ forgive Vicktor for TK" message pop up on top of the screen then realize that punish messages don't show pre-round and apparently the game had started.
All the times I have managed to run my self over in a FAV come in close second.
Edit: also this one time I shot cowami in the face when he spawned on me....but that wasn't so much embarrasing as funny and invigorating...

Having docta snipe me with the saw at hanger bay fore from hanger bay aft flag.(I had an svd and i almost killed him)
Having a sraw in my ass from the guy i just killed with a headshot from the ak47.
Having my kill streak ruined at dry dock on gator by getting knifed while i was reloading my Ak47.
Ghost:
Safely using the zipline to get from the roof of the hotel to convoy, But getting knifed by a guy who spawned next to me.
Killing a guy with my last ak101 round then having him knife me a minute later at upper south.
Having a t-bag orgy with my squadmates on a tank driver we just killed, Then having the apc kill us and revive his teammate and they t-bag us.

Having a guy headshot me while i was in mid air jumping off the cement factory.
General:
Getting killed by an AT mine on an IO server.(Ribs motherfucker Ribs!)
I have alot more but i forgot them now.
Edit: Oh yeah this is real funny one.
It was my first time playing kark and i joined a squad with 1 man army 19 in it. Anyway i say hi i'm new and how can i help? The Sl says whats your best kit? I say spec ops he says get medic and stick with me. We spawn and make our way to the fence, 1 mans telling us not to go past it because there's a claymore, Being stupid i run in and get us 3 killed. I say sorry and go on(I did'nt know what a claymore was back then) About 5 minutes later we're at suburb with the rest of our squad, We're moving up to train and a nade comes flying at us, I stand up take my own nade and throw it, It bounces off the wall and kills everyone in the squad but me, Needless to say i get kicked.

Some tool named "tf-hitman" is on my worst enemy list. Though that was due to chopper spawn rape.
Pushing and shoving to the last F15 - then in a hurry to take off and to NOT use Forward button on the F15 and it should be vertical take off...how embbarrasing when people are waiting for the jet to respawn and you come wandering back up....I must admit to hiding below deck until the coast is clear
I once knifed my own team mate on wake, I thought it was kinda odd that he was on the arty island, he was just lying down sniping away(easy kill i thought). Oh the shame/stupidity, I left very abruptly after that.
