I've actually been for a ride in a Jag XJ220 around the A35 from Coventry to Birmingham when i was a young lad of 20 doing a year in industry at Jaguar Cars. The looks we got!

Wowzer hit 60mph+ and the turbo kicked in...you're slammed back into your seat

Damn, I was just reading an article about a HiPo Diesel that was putting out like 1300 horses and nearly 1700 lbs of torque, and It gets 23 miles to the gallon.
