Good times on the server tonight

Yes, I did get hit by your arty dill. Went on a low altitude bombing run and got caught in the upblast of a shell.
Learned that san is a wily lil bastard in that AA of his. Hide and go seek near the end of round 2 was awesome.

I should learn to not stay up so late though.

OK, hopefully the VOIP is fixed ... if it is not, please let me know.

And yes VOIP is fixed. Although, being on TS at the same time as most of the opposing team led to me hearing about their tactics.

Well, isn't the point of teamspeak is to hear your TEAM? Not like, every single person on the channel or whatever? Can't you set it up where one side gets one chat room etc? What a shitty program if you can hear everybody.

Let's see,

• I bailed out of the F-15 when I couldn't shake a fighter and forgot to yell "Bail out!"
• He spawned in the bomber right as I was shot down
• Got shot down with me numerous times
• Lagged as I lined him up for an LGM shot (I tried it 3 times, and he still couldn't get the shot off )
• Dropped bombs on a freshly neutralized base, killing him and the enemy

I'm such a good teamplayer.

I dunno. I can't line up and fire off machine gun rounds fast enough to destroy helis. It seems that by the time I'm lined up perfectly, it's too late for me to take shots.

Oh, and my highlight yesterday was hearing Undetected_Killer saying "Excuse me" over VOIP, then having his F/A-18 swoop over my F-15's canopy to reach the Airfield for ammo first.

By the way, just because san4's in AA doesn't mean he'll spot aircraft.

wtf? I spot the hell out of enemy aircraft, every time I see it. You'd better have some evidence if you're going to make a scandalous accusation like that.

I slow down a little bit when shooting helis, but it is very dangerous to slow down too much if there are enemy jets in the air or mobile AA on the ground. It makes it easier for jets to get behind you and it makes AA missiles much more accurate.

I have tried to shoot missiles at helis and they just don't hit if the heli uses flares. Zenmaster's guide says they'll hit if you release them very very close to the heli, but I'm not willing to run such a high risk of ramming. Coming from above is a good idea. I always worry about the heli killing me with missiles or a TV if they see me coming.

pffffft, only newbs slow down for choppers....I ram them full speed.
