another good way to protect your self is to turn off ssid broadcast. this way if someone searches for wireless networks yours won't show up. the only way (without good skills i should say) to find it is to know the name

Go find his Cable line outside the building, then open it with a knife, jam the knife in betwin the wires, dont break any of them, make the Kobber clear to the wheater, then turn the cable 50% to cover the hole you made, then you go inside and wait... soon the wheater will take care of the rest(if you live where it rains)

Packet loss = internet working fine  but he cant play or DL (some things he will be able to becuase of file size. but no movies.
His ADSL will work ok. but the Telefon line is dead.
and many more other wierd stuff...

Well use these as a last resort, it illegal so i DO NOT think you should do this but now you know.

Ive gotten him off, and the only way he's getting in is bruting which isnt happening anytime soon.

I can and soon will access his network, and if he has shared files, fuck him up, I want to know if my shared files will show up and how I can stop him from accessing mine, And I want to know if theres anything I can do inside, like access his C:

Actually, its not hard to use a freeware proggie that sniffs wep keys. I use wpa, its much more secure. I recommend you do the same. And leave it alone. If you have to post on BF2s about what to do, better not to do anything and wind up pwning yourself.

But @ minimum, if his router IS wide open with no security, then go in to the admin page, shut down the internet and change the pass. Repeat. Thats generally my solution. But then I dont really have leeches because my wifi is locked down.

Fuck that if i found out who it was, id take a hammer to the persons house, then go into his house and smash the hell out of his comp. Then beat the shit out of the person (without the hammer as it could kill)

If you wanted to you could break in to his and rip the internals out of his computer abviously take adiquake precaution not to get caught.
