I prefer CS3 tbh, the refine edge tool is invaluable along with smart filters.

CS3 extended is obviously going to be a better application, but its no where near worth the money for how different it is from CS2, there isnt that much extra that you are going to use often with most people
CS3 Extended. Because it is OS X Universal, unlike CS2 wich required Rosetta to run it.
I have the CS3 Master Collection and it's great. Now if Bernie would just make us some illustrator tutorials I'd have it made .
